Burbank City Council approved the contract bids to begin construction of Phase ll of the Channel Bikeway Project, closing one of two gaps.

Phase ll will begin soon. Walk Bike Burbank formed over this project which had stalled in forward movement in 2014.
Get Involved - It Makes A Difference
Had people not been paying attention and taken the effort to seek out others who desire safer streets, this project could have easily not happened. It took passionate volunteers, paying attention to City Council Agendas, voting in local elections, and making lots of friends along the way (some better than others) to get this project up and moving in the right direction.
